A lonely man do romantic things
Unlike many well-known jewelers, Mr. Jun, the founder of RAGAZZA, didn’t have a glamorous background or a strong connection to jewelry at first. His relationship with diamond jewelry was like the changing seasons and it didn’t play a big role in his life. However, Mr. Jun made a bold decision to leave his comfortable job as a public manager many years ago. Thus, stepping out of his comfort zone and started selling everyday items and accessories online. At night, he set up a street stall on his own to become a familiar face in those years. The only reward was the support he gained from customers who appreciated the affordable, but high-quality products.
Two years later, Mr. Jun rented a small shop to turn his business into reality. Focusing on gold, silver, and gemstone jewelry to meet customers' needs for quality and a safer, more reassuring shopping experience.
"Land in big cities is expensive," Mr. Jun recalls. "To afford the rent, I had to take on many odd jobs. I managed to rent a tiny space in an old mall with just a cabinet, a table, a chair, and my ACER laptop." This was RAGAZZA's very first physical store.
Looking back on those early years, Mr. Jun learned how difficult it is to start a business, but also understood the importance of staying true to values. In the competitive world of business, it’s easy for values to be overshadowed by the pursuit of profit. But for RAGAZZA, running a business is like a journey of personal growth, steady, thoughtful, and guided by wisdom and determination. This approach has become a core value for the brand.
