Lifetime maintenance

Jewelry can be cleaned for free once a year

Lab grown corundum can be replaced for free once if it is damaged and its damage is visible to naked eye

Diamonds: They could be brought back at 50% of the current price*, and you could have a diamond of larger carat by paying for the price differences

Other gemstones: They could be brought back at 100% of the current price*, and you could have a gem of larger carat by paying for the price differences

Gold/Platinum jewelry: They could be brought back at 50% of the current price*, and you can change their designs by paying for the price differences
*Newness and damage level of the jewelry may affect the price they could be brought back, RAGAZZA reserves the right to determine the price

Return policy
Product replacement

Unconditional replacement of any product within 7 days of receiving the product (either by delivery or store pick-up) or inspection of product quality in store

Replacing products of the same design: Please send the product that needs to be replaced together with the receipt, packaging, accessories and certificates to the store by post or in person (address)*

Replacing products of different design: The customer shall pay for the price difference (if any), and send the product that needs to be replaced together with the receipt, packaging, accessories and certificates to the store by post or in person (address)*
Refunds

Should any issue concerning the product quality arise within 7 days of receiving the product (either by delivery or store pick-up) or inspection of product quality in store, RAGAZZA shall retrieve the product* and offer a full refund. There will be no refund under other circumstances. Product quality-related issues covered by this term are:

*Diamond: If the diamond is cloudy or milky, or consists of flaw not shown on the video or certificate but visible to naked eyes, the customer can request a full refund or free replacement

*Jewelry: If the product does not match the product specification, the customer can request a full refund or free replacement
*If there is a problem with our product, RAGAZZA will cover the return shipping fee. Otherwise, the return shipping fee and the postal risk will be responsible by customer

In-store pickup
Other than mail delivery, you can also choose to pick up the goods in our store (Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei or Kuala Lumpur). When your order is ready, you will be notified and can come to pick up the goods (address).

Return Policy
Product Replacement
Unconditional exchange for other products within 7 days from the date of mail receipt, store pickup or store inspection
Replacement of the same product: Send the product to be replaced together with the receipt, packaging, accessories and certificates by post or in person to our store ( address )*
Replacement for other models: Customers must pay the price difference (if any) and return the product to be replaced together with the receipt, packaging, accessories and certificates by post or in person to our store ( address )*
All products can only be replaced once
Return and Refund
If any quality problems are found in the product within 7 days from the date of mail receipt, store pickup or store inspection, the company will recall the product* and refund the full amount. No refund will be given in other cases. Quality problems covered by this clause:
*Diamond products: If there are any visible defects such as milk diamonds, silica, or defects not shown in the video or certificate, we will provide a full refund or free replacement.
*Jewelry products: If the product does not match the description, we will provide a full refund or free replacement.
* If there is any quality problem with our products, we will be responsible for the postage. If there is no product problem, the postage will be borne by the customer. The risk of postal delivery is borne by the sender.
