Please carefully read these Terms before using the Site or any RAGAZZA services. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. You also confirm that any products purchased from RAGAZZA will be used legally and in compliance with applicable export controls and sanctions rules. If you don't agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site. It's essential to note that we aren't responsible or liable for your reliance on any tax-estimation tool on RAGAZZA's site. When purchasing RAGAZZA products, you recognize that payment will be processed by approved payment processors and that delivery will be handled by approved carriers.

Ownership; Feedback and Copyright:

If you provide RAGAZZA with any feedback, comments, or suggestions related to the Site, you acknowledge that all rights, including intellectual property rights, shall belong exclusively to RAGAZZA. Additionally, any feedback provided shall be treated as confidential information. You hereby transfer and assign to RAGAZZA all of your intellectual property rights in such feedback, and waive any moral rights you may have. It should be understood that RAGAZZA may use such feedback at its sole discretion and is not obliged to utilize it in any way.
RAGAZZA appreciates any feedback from customers regarding the Site and products offered, but such feedback must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful or objectionable towards third parties. Feedback cannot contain viruses, political campaigns, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or "spam" of any sort. All Marks indicated on the Site, including the Site itself, are property of Sovast (Hong Kong) Limited, and are protected under international and Hong Kong laws. These Marks include RAGAZZA, ragazzaita.com, RAGAZZA DIAMOND, and other graphics, logos, headers, icons, scripts, and service names. Other trademarks may be the sole property of their respective owners.
Use of RAGAZZA's Marks in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with RAGAZZA is strictly prohibited and could lead to confusion or discredit of RAGAZZA. Furthermore, the use of RAGAZZA's Marks without the express written permission of RAGAZZA or the trademark or service mark owner is prohibited. This includes the use of the names "ragazzaita.com," "RAGAZZA" or “RAGAZZA DIAMOND” and the logos of RAGAZZA, which may not be used as a "hot" link to any other website without the prior written consent of RAGAZZA.
To clarify, the Site and its content are solely for personal use and any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or exploitation of the Site is not allowed.

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region law governs these Terms, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts. These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and RAGAZZA.
In order to place an order, you may need to create an account with us ("Your Account") or use your Facebook or Google accounts. Creating an account requires you to provide certain personal information, which is not mandatory, but if you do provide personal information, you confirm that all information and details provided by you are true, accurate, and up to date.
Additionally, when you create an account, we may provide you with passwords or other means to access and secure your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restricting access to your computer. If you are under 18, you must have the involvement of a parent or guardian to use ragazzaita.com.
RAGAZZA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If RAGAZZA suspects any fraudulent activity from your account, we reserve the right to refuse you access to your account or delete it altogether.
Please note that completing the online checkout process does not guarantee acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason before dispatching the product(s), including for legal or regulatory reasons or due to availability or stock.
If we are unable to supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will inform you in writing (via email or instant messenger) and refund your payment in full as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 90 days after receipt of your payment.
Delivery charges, timescales, and carriers will vary depending on the type of product(s) ordered and the delivery address. Some products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions, and/or timescales. If the customer is not present at the address during the allotted delivery time or if the customer refuses to accept the products, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of returning the products to RAGAZZA from the customer's refund for the order.
Please note that all risk in the products you order, such as loss or damage, passes to you once they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
Please note that there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as material shortages, import delays, or unexpectedly high demand, which could delay or prevent the supply of your ordered product(s) or service(s). While we will keep you informed of any such delays, we cannot be held liable for them to the maximum extent permitted by law. However, please be aware that this does not affect any statutory right that may be afforded to you.
If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, you may have rights under Hong Kong or international law, and we will not interfere with those rights under these Terms.
Upon delivery, please make sure to check all products received against your order to ensure that they are undamaged and correctly supplied. If you find any damage or errors, please inform us immediately and return the products as soon as possible.
The Site allows you to submit, share, and publish your User Submissions. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any User Submissions, regardless of whether they are published or not. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure the content you submit is appropriate and does not infringe on any laws or regulations. We retain the right to remove any content, including User Submissions, from the Site at any given time, without notification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAGAZZA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. RAGAZZA cannot guarantee that the Site, servers, or emails sent from RAGAZZA are free of viruses or other harmful components.
You must follow any advice or instructions provided by RAGAZZA to keep products we supply to you safe, and we cannot accept liability for any damage caused by your failure to do so. In any event, we will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages or losses related to your business, including lost data, profits, revenues, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to RAGAZZA under the purchase order in which the liability arose. The exclusions and limitations in these Terms shall apply even if RAGAZZA was advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of losses, damages, or costs and regardless of the theory or basis of liability, including fundamental breach, negligence, misrepresentation, strict liability, or other contract or tort liability. If any remedy in these Terms fails of its essential purpose, these exclusions and limitations will still apply.
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury resulting from failures or performance issues, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, acts of God, communication line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether due to breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action. Additionally, you acknowledge that RAGAZZA is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, infringing, or illegal materials or conduct, whether from you or from third parties.
Please note that the law in some areas may not permit limitations on warranties or damages as described above. If such a law applies to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, warranties, or exclusions may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RAGAZZA and its officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, actions, or demands, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Site (including your User Submissions) or your violation of these Terms.
Unless we agree in writing, you may not assign or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. We may assign, transfer, delegate, or subcontract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction or your consent. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes that may arise between you and RAGAZZA are governed by the law of Hong Kong, without consideration of principles of conflict of laws. If any provision or portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the provision will be limited to the extent that the court deems enforceable. If the provision is deemed wholly unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect. These Terms, combined with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and RAGAZZA regarding your use of the Site.
The rights and remedies of RAGAZZA described in these Terms are cumulative to and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies available by law, equity, statute, or other means.
Any relaxation or delay by RAGAZZA in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall not affect its ability to subsequently exercise that right or remedy, nor shall it represent a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and agreed upon by RAGAZZA.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation between the parties or by appropriate courts in Hong Kong.
RAGAZZA reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please review this page regularly for updates. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by the current version of the Terms.
Payment Terms
RAGAZZA offers international payment processing and order fulfillment through its Payment Gateway partner Stripe, Inc. When you place an order through the Site, Payment Gateway will process your payment, and after successful verification and authentication, will accept the transaction to purchase the products from RAGAZZA for the sole purpose of reselling them to you. Payment Gateway acquires flash title to the products after they exit the jurisdiction of RAGAZZA, and then resells them to you, billing the payment information you provided. All products purchased from Payment Gateway are subject to a shipment contract.
If you provide a credit card, Payment Gateway or PayPal will bill you after your products have been processed and dispatched for delivery. If you only receive part of your order, Payment Gateway will only bill you for the products in that parcel, shipping and handling fees, and applicable taxes and VAT. In no case will Payment Gateway bill you an amount greater than the total presented at the time of order placement.
The prices for products are available on the Site, but duty charges, VAT, taxes, and surcharges that may be applied by the destination country in an international order are the customer's responsibility. Applicable sales taxes will be charged based on your region. You can pay with PayPal or major credit cards, but availability may depend on your location. RAGAZZA reserves the right to change prices and payment methods.
These provisions and any disputes between you and RAGAZZA are governed by the law of Hong Kong without consideration of principles of conflict of laws. If a provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited to the extent the court deems enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
If you choose to pay by wire, you will receive wiring instructions after completing the checkout process. We will only ship items after receiving confirmation from our bank that the wire transfer has been completed. International orders or orders exceeding HK$120,000 may require bank wire payment at our discretion.
By placing an order on the Site, you agree that RAGAZZA may charge you through the payment method you have selected and any additional amounts related to the order. You must provide accurate and current information for yourself and any other applicable person, with their express consent or relevant authority. Payment processing may be facilitated by third-party tools, software or services. If your payment is not received by RAGAZZA for any reason, you agree to promptly pay all amounts due upon request.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or appropriate courts in Hong Kong. Our rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and non-exclusive, and any waiver must be in writing and agreed upon by RAGAZZA.

Sovast (Hong Kong) Limited operates the RAGAZZA website(s) from its offices in Hong Kong, and makes no representations regarding the appropriateness or availability of the website(s) contents in other locations. Visitors accessing any RAGAZZA website(s) from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.
In the event of any inconsistency between different language versions of these Terms, the English language version shall prevail and be considered correct.
